
The process for renting out a property with us is simple and stress free. If you have visited a property listed by us and would like to apply, all you need to do is fill the form using the link above. We would request you to personally view the property before applying so you are sure that it is the right house for you.
Once we have received your expression of interest, we will conduct credit & background checks to access your application.
If your application is shortlisted and finalized, we will prepare a tenancy contract for your reference and once you are happy you would need to pay the bond to secure the property.
The last step will be to do an entry inspection along with your portfolio manager who will hand over the keys onsite.
Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (excluding public holidays).
Any maintenance requests attended outside of these hours are considered after-hours services and may incur additional charges.
After-hours call-out fees:
- Standard call-out fee: from $220 (plus+GST)
- Additional charges may apply depending on the contractor, urgency, and complexity of the issue.
Important notes:
- If the issue is caused by tenant misuse, negligence, or accidental damage, all costs will be the tenant’s responsibility.
- If the issue is deemed non-urgent, tenants may choose to wait until the next business day to avoid after-hours charges.
- In genuine emergencies (as defined under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986), immediate action will be taken.
By requesting after-hours service, you acknowledge and accept the applicable charges.
